A collection of fun and festive dishes perfect for Halloween celebrations that are easy to prepare and kid-approved.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 8 oz Spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Black Olives, sliced
  • 4 Burger Patties
  • Various Toppings for Decoration (lettuce, ketchup, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, bread crumbs, and egg.
  2. Shape the mixture into a mummy figure on a baking sheet.
  3. Add strips of cheese across the mummy for bandages and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  4. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the tomato sauce and then combine with the spaghetti.
  6. Form meatballs from the remaining ground beef, placing a black olive in the center of each to represent eyeballs. Serve the meatballs on top of the spaghetti.
  7. Take the burger patties and shape them into monster heads.
  8. Grill until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  9. Decorate the burgers with toppings like lettuce for monster hair and ketchup for mouths for a fun, spooky touch.

Notes

Keep an eye on cooking times to avoid drying out the meatloaf and burgers. Customize shapes for extra fun. If using an air fryer, the mummy meatloaf can be cooked more quickly.
