Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup Fireball cinnamon whiskey
- 1 package gelatin (orange or apple flavor recommended)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Orange food coloring (optional)
- Small plastic jack-o-lantern cups
Instructions
- Heat the cider and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until just about to boil, then remove from heat.
- Dissolve the gelatin powder into the hot cider mixture and mix well until fully dissolved.
- Add the Fireball whiskey and a few drops of orange food coloring if desired, stirring until combined.
- Pour the mixture into small plastic jack-o-lantern cups evenly, leaving space at the top if adding whipped cream.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
